Floral Delight Suite Collection Cards
Delightful
There is nothing more delightful than the sweet colors of spring, especially after a long, cold winter. I repeated the colors from my prior week scrapbook and created some gorgeous cards, from simple to avid for my Marvelous Monday FB Live last week. Using Delightful Wishes Stamp Set for these cards ended up being my favorite this spring.
Lots of Love
These two simple cards with one tiny step up, are both so lovely with understated elegance. I love two step stamping for beautiful florals, and though this arrangement needs four stamps, the results are so lovely. I used Note Cards in Basic White and then Petal Pink Ink stamped with the flower highlights, then used Petal Pink Ink stamped off for the pretty flower petals. I then used Lost Lagoon Ink for the stem and leaves, and then the sentiment. I tied an 8” length of Petal Pink 3/8” Scalloped Ribbon around the cardstock, then popped up on Basic White die cut with the Textured Notes Dies, and then added to the note card.
This sweet trio of cards were an add-on to the above card, except I used an A2 card base in Basic White Thick cardstock with a layer of 4”x5-1/4” of the Pool Party Vellum.
I added a couple more layers to two of the cards by adding Lost Lagoon between two layers of Basic White die cut with the Textured Notes Dies. My sweet little birthday greetings were stamped with Lost Lagoon Ink on Lost Lagoon cardstock. I loved adding the sweet Tiny Bee Trinkets as well!
These two cards had even more added to them with the watercolored florals like my Floral Delight post. I also used the “wishing” stamp and die to create sweet sentiment for the card. I again used Petal Pink and Pretty In Pink inks for the florals and sentiment.
My videos will help you with the techniques for both the cards and florals.
