Oval Occasions Bundle (STAMP SET RETIRED)

When I saw the darling Oval Occasions Bundle in the June-July 2021 Mini Catalog, I fell in love with the sweet little bunnies. I have a grandbaby coming in May, and am looking for ideas for a Welcome Baby greeting. I love how they are adorable stamped simply or adding layers and embellishments. #simplestamping

Welcome Little One (a)

This adorable card was stamped using the Oval Occasions stamp set on Shimmery White CS with the Memento Ink pad. I then used the Smokey Slate blends for the bunny, Petal Pink blends for the ears, Purple Posy blend for the blossoms, Mango Melody blend for the centers, and the Soft Sea Foam blends for the grass and leaves. Super simple and adorable! No embellishments needed.

To step it up, this card was a take-off from the above, but I used the Oval Occasions Bundle by utilizing the Double Oval punch to layer the Shimmery White CS with the Layering Circle dies and a layer of the Wreath Builder dies in Soft Sea Foam CS. Instead of blends, I used Stazon Jet Black ink and Water Painters on Shimmery White CS using Smokey Slate, Soft Sea Foam, and Mellon Mambo Ink. I popped up every layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals for the depth, and added Basic Pearls for the final element. So sweet!!

Sweet Friend

For the #artfullyavidstamper, this darling card was made with the Oval Occasions Bundle, watercolor on the Shimmery White CS cut out with the Double Oval punch, layered over Soft Sea Foam CS punched with the Story Label punch, over Blushing Bride CS cut with Layering Oval dies, and Vellum CS cut with the Flowering Vine dies. I used a layer of Soft Sea Foam CS, embossed with the Pinewood Planks EF, with the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon wrapped around it and popped up with Stamin’ Dimensionals. The verse was stamped with Memento ink and embellished with Opal Rounds.
